We will never share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to any third party for any purpose. Your mobile number is used exclusively to deliver the Nudge SMS coaching service you subscribed to.
By subscribing to Nudge, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Message frequency varies based on your usage and goals. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Mobile phone numbers are never shared with third parties.
We retain conversation history to provide continuity in your coaching experience. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@adailynudge.com.
We use the following third-party services to operate Nudge: Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic (AI responses). Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
