These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nudge SMS accountability coaching service ("Service") operated by Nudge ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to and using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Nudge is an AI-powered accountability coaching service delivered via SMS. For $5 per month, subscribers receive two-way text conversations with an AI coach designed to help them set and follow through on personal goals. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
The Service is billed at $5 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at hello@adailynudge.com.
By subscribing, you consent to receive SMS messages from Nudge as part of the coaching service. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact hello@adailynudge.com.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal development purposes. You agree not to use the Service to send abusive, threatening, or illegal content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the coaching service. Results depend on your own actions and commitment.
Nudge is an AI-powered productivity and accountability tool. It is NOT a mental health service, crisis intervention service, or substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or an emergency, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741), or emergency services (911) immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You agree that Nudge bears no responsibility for actions you take or do not take as a result of coaching conversations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
